Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission may be canceled for it

Picture references are preferred but not required

Speak directly about important aspects of your commission that should be detailed or included. (Ex: Glasses, body rings, baubles, accessories, etc…)

By commissioning the artist you are verifying you are at least 18 years of age. If a client’s age ever comes under suspicion the transaction will be cancelled and partially refunded.

The majority of commission-related correspondence will take place on Sundays. If this is inconvenient for you, please let the artist know.

All transactions are in USD only.

All commissions are to be paid in full upfront before the commission begins.

All prices and final commission discussions will be confirmed by the artist before work begins.

There are no ‘payment plans’ available

The preferred method of Payment is Paypal which will only be given after correspondence about your commission being accepted.

Various Work In Progress Updates will be given along the way for customer approval. A general expectation can be found below:

The first WIP will include a rough penciled idea of the commission layout

The second WIP will include more solidified sketch work.

If you are receiving an inked commission you are likely to receive several WIPS during this phase of the process as the illustration is solidified.

The third and final WIP will arrive after flat colors have been applied. This will be the customer’s final chance to make notes or changes.

At each WIP stage the customer will be allowed to give notes or request changes.

After the last WIP all changes will be committed and the commission completed.

Due to offline obligations taking priority the majority of heavy customer correspondence will be taken care of on Mondays and Tuesdays. These are the best days to grab the artist if direct communication is needed.

If a mistake is made on the commission is deemed to be at fault of the artist it will be corrected at no charge.

If a customer returns to request major modification to a previous commission it will be treated as a new commission in terms of pricing.

I, the artist, retain all legal rights to any and all artwork produced from the transaction unless you purchase additional commercial rights with the transaction.

If a character is resold all rights for the commission still belong to the artist.

Commercial Rights to any commission will be negotiated separately.

Use copyrighted artwork for personal use only--unless full legal rights are purchased.

Print any art, and claim the right of their respective character(s) but not the commission itself.

Use any art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

Reproducing or using your commission for financial gain.

Taking credit for the commission.

Removing any watermarks or signatures.

Altering the artwork with the intent to sell or mislead others.

If your commission has been started at the time of request only a portion of the payment will be refunded to compensate for the artist’s time.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received--- unless there is a failure of delivery or mutual agreement on the subject beforehand.
